Home Care Jobs

As a Visiting Home Care Carer Member you will be providing care to Care Receivers in their own homes - You will assist your Care Receivers with everyday tasks and personal care, as and when they need it. Based on their needs, they may require only one or two visits per day or multiple visits throughout the day.The home care you deliver will be created around the needs of your Care Receiver - some of the services provided within visiting home care include:

• Domiciliary/Personal care
• Support with medication
• Companionship
• Home help
• Help with meal preparation
