CareMatch- The key to great care.
Formed in 2017, CareMatch was born out of the idea to deliver care differently - To put carers in charge of their own rotas and calls, and to put clients in charge of their own care plans and the delivery of care they receive.
Anne-Marie Perry created CareMatch with the aim of answering one critical question in an ever evolving industry - What makes great care?
Drawing on her experience of over 30 years, Anne-Marie came to the conclusion that engagement, continuity, the ability to listen and to have a great team that truly care is the answer. In its infancy, CareMatch launched their pilot scheme in West Berkshire, and have continued to go from strength to strength -in addition to West Berkshire, we now have carers and clients in the following areas: West Sussex, South Wales, Wiltshire, Avon, Hampshire Essex and we are rapidly expanding into new areas at a vast pace.
Recognitions
In a relatively short space of time we have also received industry recognition for our innovative approach to care - We were nominated as Innovators and Leaders becoming finalists in the Innovation in Technology category at the LaingBuisson 2018 Awards.
Two of our carers were recently shortlisted as finalists in the category ‘Home Care Worker Award,’ at the GBCA South West Awards. This recognition is a testament to the impact that CareMatch is already having on the industry.

More than just a care agency, we engage with your wider community to create a bespoke service suited to your needs - and we are in partnership with a number of local authorities throughout England and Wales to expand our service. CareMatch prides itself on creating communities of carers via a Care Hub, which you will be a part of. We have "Care Hubs" for each location, and every client has their own Hub, made up of a team of carers, the client, the clients family, and social services, if applicable.
