Disclosure Scotland

You may need a criminal record check from Disclosure Scotland if you're applying for paid or unpaid work, volunteering, or things like applying to adopt a child. Disclosure means sharing sensitive personal information. Disclosure Scotland checks and shares information about people's criminal records. This helps organisations to employ the right people for certain types of work, like working with children or protected adults.

DBS -Disclosure and Barring Service

Employers can check the criminal record of someone applying for a role. This is known as getting a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (in England & Wales).

Care Hub

At CareMatch we create Communities and Care Hubs. A Care Hub is a group of individuals who look after a client. They include where appropriate the client, family members, the team of selected carers and where possible a health or social care professional. The Hub enables all advocates to discuss client outcomes, message each other to share important information and keeps everyone involved in a clients’ care package up to date, wherever they may be.

RQIA -Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority

The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) is the independent body responsible for monitoring and inspecting the availability and quality of health and social care services in Northern Ireland, and encouraging improvements in the quality of those services.
