We trust that you will find CareMatch to be the perfect way to find your perfect carer and engage with them to provide care for yourself or for anyone that requires excellent care from our experienced, trained and carefully vetted CareMarch Carer Members.  

The CareMatch platform allows you to find, contact, engage with and ultimately reach an agreement on care provision with any number of suitable carers to match your care needs. Removing the administration overheads of a typical care agency means that whilst you pay no more than the market rate for care, our CareMatch Carer Members will retain more income than they would by working for any agency. This in turn leads to much more motivated, self-sufficient carers. We have also created "hyper-local" communities of Carer Members who support each other to ensure that wherever possible, care is delivered as per your agreement. 

You and the person/people receiving care will be very involved in the care journey, using our unique "Care Hubs" for example, as well as the Client app and this website with your "Dashboard".

Within the Care Hub, everyone involved in the delivery of care will be able to have complete visibility and interact with each other - you can choose to involve other people in the Care Hub and our platform takes care of adding and removing our Carer Members as appropriate to ensure that data privacy is constantly maintained.
